HIZLI
Chief Operating Officer
He graduated from Çukurova University, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration and started his business life in family businesses. He has been working as a manager for more than 20 years with Han Kozmetik, one of the leading companies in the industry that has been operating for 28 years. Izzet Hizli, which entered the food and beverage sector in 2017 by purchasing a franchise from the Sushico brand, is among the companies that have received the most franchises from the Sushico family, with 3 active stores and a total of 5 stores with signed contracts until 2025. Since 2019, he moved to London and uses his sectoral experience in the UK by providing business development consultancy services to the food and beverage industry.

Deniz, who graduated from Yeditepe University in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, continued her education with a Master’s Degree in Marketing Communications at Istanbul Bilgi University. She served as the Head of the Culinary Department at Istanbul Bilgi University between 2014 and 2019 and graduated hundreds of students. Before working as an Instructor/Chef, she increased her industry experience by working as a chef in domestic and international kitchens. Since 2019, she has taken part in many kitchen openings in the UK and specializes in purchasing, product supply, hygiene, stock control, recipe creation, inspection and training.

He has been operating in the food and beverage industry since 1998, has worked for the success of more than 100 brands in the past 25 years. He has been working as a restaurant management and business development specialist in London, England since 2019 and took part in projects such as Limehouse Library Hotel London, Amora Gusto Tapas London, Chicken Wharf, The Boudica Brighton. Onur, who has been providing consultancy to companies to establish Ghost Kitchen Projects in recent years, has been involved in the creation process of more than 10 brands. He holds a master’s degree in Marketing Communications from Istanbul Bilgi University and a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Istanbul Bilgi University.

Our relentless pursuit of perfection has led to the creation of world-renowned cheese-filled borek, boasting a tantalizing blend of three cheeses that delicately melt within the pastry, reminiscent of the luscious texture of kunafah, while achieving the crispiness akin to baklava.” “As of April 2024, our esteemed establishment proudly operates a network of 200 branches, a testament to our unwavering commitment to culinary excellence and customer satisfaction. With ambitious expansion plans on the horizon, we are poised to elevate our presence to even greater heights, aiming to unveil an additional 80 branches by the conclusion of 2024. Our state-of-the-art production facility, spanning an impressive 4200 square meters in Turkiye, stands as a testament to our dedication to quality and efficiency. Staffed by a team of 120 skilled individuals, our facility ensures the seamless production of our exquisite borek varieties. Furthermore, our commitment to exemplary service extends to our expansive team of 1000 personnel, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction across every branch.

SushiCo, the first and largest restaurant chain of the Far East flavor in Turkey, has been serving since 1997 with its rich and delicious menu consisting of original recipes.
